Teeth will show wear and tear after years of use, just like our bodies. Plaque may have built up and need to be removed. Stains from certain foods and beverages set in, and teeth will need to be whitened again. Fillings may loosen over time and require replacing. If you take some specific medications, the flow of saliva may be reduced. We can provide products that take care of this problem. A tooth with damaged roots can be saved with a root canal. 
We recommend regular check-ups to take care of problems in the early stages, before problems become complicated. We also advise patients to come into our office if you experience bleeding gums or loose teeth. This could be a sign of gum disease that requires immediate attention.
